WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • Minimum 5 years of related experience • Minimum 2 year of managerial experience A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US • Maintain an optimal level of competent co-workers in the correct locations to create an excellent customer shopping experience. • Lead and coach co-workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers. • Share up-to-date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with co-workers. • Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience, whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating co-workers to achieve these goals and objectives.
