Lead and coach co-workers to ensure the facility is efficiently stocked and the product range is inspiring for customers. Set and achieve team goals focused on optimizing the overall customer shopping experience.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and at least 2 years of managerial experience. Candidates must be able to motivate teams and maintain operational standards within a retail setting.
