Projects Management charter of a French regional authority How do you unite 40 managers from a local authority around the collective writing of their managerial charter to transform their ways of doing things and develop cross-functionality? Services Co-design and facilitation of four days of seminars spread over time, formalisation of intermediate and final productions with illustrations. Results 40 managers build a common frame of reference, rooted in their own experience, of values, behaviours and rules of the collective game, globally and by team. They test the practical tools made available to them in their day-to-day work, and develop a dynamic of peer support. A graphic facilitator accompanies the process to illustrate it.
