Job Title: AS 400 Developer Location: Halifax, NS (Relocation is Acceptable) Duration: 6-12 Months Contract with possible extension Job Description Senior AS400 RPGLE Developer specializing in RPGLE, ILE, CLLE, and Free Format RPG, responsible for leading the design and development of AS400 applications. Experienced in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. 6+ years of hands-on experience with RPGLE, CLLE, ILE Free Format RPG development 6+ years of experience in development and maintenance using RPGLE and ILE concepts Experience in SQL Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills Experience in code reviews and unit testing Good communication skills Strong team player Must Have Skill: FREE FORMAT RPGLE CLLE ILE Concepts SQL Debugging Unit Testing Code Review Free Format RPG

Lead the design and development of AS400 applications throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle. Responsible for requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of systems.

Requires over 6 years of hands-on experience with RPGLE, CLLE, ILE, and Free Format RPG. Candidates must possess strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills along with experience in SQL and code reviews.
