Senior lawyers will be eligible for fee-split compensation structure Comprehensive and thorough benefits package 3 weeks vacation + wellness days Responsibilities As part of the Corporate Commercial practice group, you will advise clients on business acquisitions and sales, complete share and asset transactions, and handle due diligence and commercial agreement drafting. Your practice will include an emphasis on commercial real estate matters such as apartment building purchases, retail, and builder-led projects, as well as assisting with transaction financing. The role also encourages you to build your own client base and participate in business development, offering a broad, hands-on transactional practice. Qualifications Called to the Manitoba Bar and be in good standing Ideally 5+ years of post call corporate commercial experience. An emphasis with real estate transactions will be a strong asset.
