We are partnered with a privately owned, property management company providing maintenance and enhancements to the existing landscapes of their properties. This position will oversee the day-to-day operations, reporting to the Operations Manager, they will be responsible for leading field teams, coordinating schedules, managing budgets, maintaining quality and safety standards, monitoring labour productivity, and developing systems that support continued business growth. Compensation & Benefits $80,000 - $100,000 Benefits package Growth and advancement opportunities Company Vehicle RRSP Responsibilities Lead daily field operations, including morning dispatch, crew assignments, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate crews and Crew Leaders to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Monitor field operations throughout the day and provide coaching and support to Crew Leaders. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company quality standards. Lead weekly crew meetings, safety meetings, and employee training initiatives. Monitor labour productivity, timesheets, job costing, material usage, and project budgets. Identify operational issues and budget overruns early and implement corrective actions. Coordinate material orders, deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors to support production schedules. Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance, preventative servicing, and repairs. Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies. Investigate incidents and implement appropriate corrective actions. Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop field employees and Crew Leaders. Build and improve operational systems and processes to support company growth and efficiency. Requirements 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance. Previous experience leading landscape crews in a Crew Leader, Supervisor, or Operations Management capacity. Strong understanding of commercial and residential landscape maintenance operations. Experience managing scheduling, labour productivity, job costing, and operational budgets. Strong knowledge of landscape equipment, fleet management, and preventative maintenance. Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
