What Role You Will Play on Our Team As a key member of the Planning & Stewardship team you will play a critical role in enabling continuous improvement in business operation performance by delivering insightful, timely and accurate financial analysis, including forecasting, stewardship and performance analysis. This role involves identifying key variances and trends, collaborating with cross function teams, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. Through these activities you will be involved in financial decision making, process improvement and working closely with financial management. What You Will Do Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly stewardship and performance analysis, independently analyzing financial results, and identifying key business drivers Performing factor analysis, identifying key variances and trends Collaborate cross-functionally providing responsive, data driven insights and addressing evolving business needs Prepare Financial & Operating results for senior management Process improvement: continuous enhancement of dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility into business performance contribute to initiatives that improve data quality, reporting accuracy and decision-making capabilities Partner in special projects, strategic analysis, and ad hoc requests from senior leadership About You Required Sills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline 5+ years of progressive finance / accounting experience Knowledge of Microsoft office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability to synthesize financial data into business insights Capability to manage multiple monthly priorities and deadlines Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills Preferred Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation Experience with accounting systems like SAP and analytic tools such as Power BI or other intelligence tools Comfortable working independently and continuous improvement mindset Previous experience within the oil & gas industry is considered an asset Your Benefits An Imperial career is one designed to last. Exigences

Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with over 5 years of progressive experience. A CPA designation and proficiency in SAP and Power BI are preferred.
