We are currently looking for a Parking Manager, based in our Atlantic Regional Office, located in Halifax, NS. What Would You Be Doing? Key Responsibilities Point of contact for customer and staff inquiries and needs. Works closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure all key stakeholder needs are met in a professional and timely manner. Responsible for leading operational projects across a variety of locations. Responsible for monitoring Key Performance Indicators and assisting staff to ensure locations are operating at or above company standards. Incident Handling Tracking and managing incident reports/damage claims as well as corresponding with customers regarding safety and liability. Financial Reconciliations for month-end reporting. Cash handling, float audits, and pay machine replenishments as required. Assist in developing annual client budgets. Administration Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, parking rate surveys, emails, and internal correspondence. Use of a variety of software and internal systems to generate and analyze reports. Liaising with vendors and service providers. Assisting with location set-up activities. What are we looking for? Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service environment Experience in managing or supervising staff Experience in scheduling staff across various departments Available after-hours emergencies College degree preferred. High school diploma minimum. Previous experience within the parking or general operations environment is considered an asset. Ability to successfully manage and train other employees. Ability to resolve conflicts and problems within tight deadlines. Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including Excel and Word. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
