Assistant Business Manager (Retail Banking)

Department / Branch: Retail Banking Reports To: Head of Retail Banking Department Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Location: 333 Bay St, Toronto, ON M5H 2R2 Responsibilities: Develop new business for the Retail Banking Department by promoting and delivering a range of retail banking products and services to targeted customers and groups. Promote, sell, and deliver retail banking products and services so as to meet the sales goals. Support on Web Product optimization and Social Media management, strategically planning and optimizing channels for the Bank's branding and marketing. Provide administrative support for Branches Marketing, actively support and guide branches in conducting marketing activities for retail business. Expand potential customer groups in line with the retail target customer development strategy. Requirements: Required Formal Education: Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services or Banking Industry. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with customers. Highly motivated, committed, and responsible, with the ability to work in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, and build a strong team spirit with other departments and partners. Good observance and adaptability to maintain all the Bank’s regulations, policies, and compliance procedures. Ability to work under pressure to meet customer deadlines. Maintain the Bank’s Code of Conduct at all time, with strong ethic to follow the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements. Special Requirements: Fluent in English and Mandarin. Requires an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing with over 3 years of experience in banking or financial services. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
