SAP Functional Consultant

Job Title: SAP Concur Functional Lead Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Functional Lead with extensive expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Concur Travel, Expense, Request, and Invoice solutions. The ideal candidate will lead global SAP Concur implementations, collaborate with business stakeholders, configure solutions based on business requirements, and drive successful end-to-end project delivery. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation and rollout projects. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Concur functional solutions. Configure SAP Concur Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice modules. Design and support SAP ICS and Native Integrations with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, HR systems, and financial applications. Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process design sessions. Lead system configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data imports, APIs, and interfaces. Manage global rollouts across multiple countries and business units. Support production issues, system enhancements, release management, and continuous improvements. Create functional specifications, solution documentation, and user training materials. Work closely with business users, finance teams, travel administrators, and third-party vendors. Provide implementation guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills 8+ years of SAP Concur functional experience. Hands-on experience with: SAP Concur Expense SAP Concur Travel SAP Concur Request SAP Concur Invoice Strong experience with SAP ICS Integration. Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Expertise in Travel & Expense business processes. Experience in global implementations and multi-country rollouts. Strong knowledge of workflows, audit rules, expense policies, VAT/Tax configuration, and Cognos reporting. Experience with SAP Activate methodology. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience leading workshops, UAT, training, and production support. Preferred Skills SAP Concur Certification. ServiceNow experience. IBM Cognos reporting. Knowledge of HR and Payroll integrations. Presales or solution architecture experience. Experience working with global enterprise clients. Nice to Have SAP FI/CO knowledge. Project leadership experience. Agile/Scrum methodology. PMP or Scrum certification.

Lead end-to-end global SAP Concur implementations and rollouts across Expense, Travel, Request, and Invoice modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions and manage integrations with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

Requires over 8 years of SAP Concur functional experience with deep expertise in ICS integrations and global multi-country rollouts. Candidates should be proficient in SAP Activate methodology and experienced in leading workshops and UAT.
