What You'll Do Support Immigration Consultants with case preparation and file management. Prepare, review, and submit high-quality immigration applications. Conduct client discovery calls and gather required documentation. Manage client files from onboarding through submission. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. Stay current with Canadian immigration policies and procedures. What We're Looking For RCIC license is an asset but not required. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Canadian immigration. Experience preparing and submitting Canadian immigration applications. Experience with international student admissions or education consulting is an asset. Strong knowledge of IRCC programs, policies, and application processes. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, ethical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about helping immigrants succeed and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
