How you’ll help You’ll be a key player on the front lines of our client services organization. You’ll be come a trusted member of our staff and a trusted resource to our client users. The quality of service you provide will have a direct impact on the success of Informanix and the success of our client organizations. The Role This is a hands-on position. Reporting to the Director, SMB IT Solutions, you’ll interact with our client’s user communities regularly. You’ll support a variety of technologies and respond to a wide range of support issues. The job can be stressful at times, but you know how to manage user’s expectations. You recognize that filling out tickets and documenting activities are a fact of life. No one likes doing them, but they need to be done well. Required Skills · In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (10/11) · Fundamental knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems (2016/2025) · Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) · Excellent Customer Service Skills Additional Skills · Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V an asset · Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication an asset · Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 365 an asset · Knowledge of ConnectWise and remote tools an asset · Knowledge of PBX systems an asset Results Only Work Environment Informanix is a virtual firm. All of our tools are cloud based. We work from our home offices or on client sites as required. We don’t punch time clocks. We get work done.
