Open for Full-time and contract both Job Description Role Overview The Onsite Engineer / Coordinator serves as the critical link between the client’s engineering team and the offshore delivery team for aerospace structural design projects. This role ensures seamless coordination, compliance with aerospace standards, and timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs across aircraft programs. Required Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelor’s / master’s degree in aerospace / mechanical engineering • 8–10 years’ experience • Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer Technical Skills Aircraft structures and materials (metallic & sheet metal) Structural design principles and load paths Stress analysis fundamentals Hands-on experience with: CATIA (mandatory) ENOVIA Drawing standards and GD&T Domain Knowledge Familiarity with: Aircraft certification requirements (FAR/CS 25) Engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) Domain Airframe Design/Fuselage / Wing / Empennage Structures/Aerospace Manufacturing Support/Structural Integrity/Aircraft Component Design

The Onsite Engineer acts as a critical liaison between the client's engineering team and the offshore delivery team for aerospace structural design projects. This role ensures seamless coordination, compliance with aerospace standards, and timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering with 8–10 years of experience. Proficiency in CATIA and ENOVIA is mandatory, along with deep knowledge of aircraft structures and certification requirements.
