Role Description The Talent Acquisition Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across the organization. Day-to-day activities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives. The role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes to ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Advisor will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate talent pipeline data, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Collaboration with HR colleagues and business leaders is essential to anticipate hiring needs and provide market insights that guide talent decisions. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and online recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards). Experience with employer branding, talent pipeline development, and market research to support strategic hiring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are an asset for the Montreal market. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Knowledge of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and selection processes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or a technology-driven organization is considered an advantage.
