The vocational counsellor will assess clients' needs for assistance, evaluate counselling effectiveness, and develop intervention programs to help clients achieve their career goals. They will also refer clients to external services and provide information on job openings and workplace transitions.

Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in vocational counselling and a college/CEGEP education or equivalent experience. Knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are also required.
