Agile Coach

Job Details 6 months contract- high possibility of extension Hybrid- 1-2 days in Montreal JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience leading large-scale projects and at least 3 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Coaching capacity. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile frameworks, and has hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence while successfully coaching and leading bilingual (English/French) and remote teams through organizational transformation initiatives. Bilingualism in English and French is required; experience in broadcast environments, conversion projects, and Scrum certifications are considered strong assets. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ○ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field ○ Minimum of 7 years of experience in large projects, with 3 years in a Scrum Master/Coach role and demonstrated transformation skills. ○ Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques, including Scaled Agile. ○ Good knowledge of broadcast concepts and conversion projects are an asset ○ Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence). ○ Ability to lead and coach bilingual/remote teams. ○ Scrum Certification is an asset ○ Bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement.

Lead large-scale projects and coach bilingual and remote teams through organizational transformation initiatives. Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence to guide development and planning.
