The duration of this contract is for 12-months Required Skills & Experience -Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) -1-3+ years of Business Analysis experience -Agile/Scrum experience -Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements -Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria -Experience working with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders -Experience supporting digital, web, portal, or customer-facing application projects Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience -Broker workflow or distribution model experience -Guidewire experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Jutro) -Digital portal or self-service platform experience -Knowledge of API integrations and digital ecosystems -Experience supporting transformation initiatives Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Business Analyst (French/English) to support the delivery of a large-scale digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, developers, QA teams, and Product Owners to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions within an Agile environment. Responsibilities include creating user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting backlog refinement and sprint activities, validating requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of digital products and customer-facing solutions. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. *Pay range for this role is between $30/hr - $40/hr
