Radio Programmer / Rentals Associate 📍 Barrie, ON (Onsite 5 Days/Week) 💰 $40,000 - $55,000/year 🕒 Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Insight Global is hiring a Radio Programmer / Rentals Associate for a growing technology and communications company in Barrie. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. This role combines radio programming, inventory coordination, documentation, and customer request processing. You'll work closely with the Lead Programmer, supporting the setup and configuration of communication equipment while ensuring all paperwork, data entry, and reporting are completed accurately. What You'll Be Doing: Program and configure two-way radios and communication devices Process incoming customer requests and rental orders Complete documentation, data entry, and reporting with a high level of accuracy Support large-scale programming projects involving high volumes of equipment Maintain inventory records and equipment tracking Work closely with the Lead Programmer to ensure processes and timelines are met What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven work Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Strong administrative, documentation, and data entry abilities Good fine motor skills and comfort working with small components Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn Requirements: Reliable transportation (own vehicle) Ability to travel between Barrie and Orillia locations as needed Comfortable working fully onsite This position offers long-term career growth with a company that promotes from within.
