We're seeking experienced Journeyman Cabinetmakers who take pride in producing exceptional custom architectural millwork and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment. Responsibilities As a Journeyman Cabinetmaker, you will: Manufacture high-quality custom architectural millwork Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and specifications Prepare layouts and cutting lists Calculate material requirements Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Ensure projects meet quality, productivity and deadline expectations Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges Mentor apprentice cabinetmakers Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a safe, organized workspace Why Join Us?
