We are currently seeking to fill a Senior Project Coordinator position in the Engineering department at our Vancouver office to help lead our multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution. Objectives of this Role Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through completion Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, clients, contractors, and internal teams Monitor project progress Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and status summaries Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, and resources) Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams Drive project planning, execution, and reporting, including risk identification and mitigation Coordinate technical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met Monitor performance and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track The successful candidate will demonstrate a self-motivated drive to complete their work to the highest standards. Requirements Required skills and qualifications 3–5+ years of project coordination, project administration, or operations coordination experience, preferably within engineering, construction, consulting, or infrastructure. Post-secondary education in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or another related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Proven success working with all levels of management in a professional environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively resolve issues. .
