Full-time Marketer & Content Creator

We're looking for an experienced marketer and content creator to join our team! If you're all about great marketing strategy and love creating content, this gig is for you. Brief As an early-stage (and growing!) family of meal prep brands, we're all about helping people maximise their lives by taking care of their daily nutritional goals. Our growth & marketing team is looking for someone with a knack for great marketing to help us on our mission to get Canadians to switch to meal prep. There's a lot of work to go around, but here's a list of responsibilities for this role: Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube for our multiple brands Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site content shoots at our Scarborough kitchen, studios and rental spaces, and at in-person events across Ontario and Quebec Appear on camera as a brand representative and host, bringing energy and personality to social channels Assist with social media management including scheduling posts, community engagement, and performance reporting Support paid advertising campaigns by inspiring ad assets and helping manage social media placements Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop campaign concepts that align with growth objectives Assist with additional marketing department tasks and cross-functional projects as needed Your Strengths Proven experience in creating engaging content and following Strong production/editing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in managing on-site photoshoots and videos Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for food, wellness, and all things delicious! Location Hybrid. Our kitchen is in Scarborough (where all the magic happens) so you'll want to be there often! You will be responsible for coordinating with our team, shooting content, managing dates, and other aspects on the ground.
