We are looking forward to you joining our Platform Engineering Team. Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps that support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry. We are looking for Engineers who can Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and backend services. Build automated regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end test suites. Develop automation using Java and modern testing frameworks. Perform API testing for RESTful and microservices-based applications. Validate distributed systems and event-driven architectures. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Work closely with developers to improve testability and software quality. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies. Execute performance, scalability, and reliability testing. Identify defects early and drive root cause analysis. Support production validation and release verification. Create reusable testing utilities and automation libraries. Ensure high test coverage across enterprise applications. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience). 12+ years of SDET experience. 5+ years of hands-on automation development. Strong Java programming experience. Experience with Selenium WebDriver. Experience automating REST APIs. Strong SQL skills. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Git. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong debugging and analytical skills. Experience working with distributed systems. Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or Capital Markets experience. Excellent communication skills. We work closely with Kafka testing Event-driven architecture AWS Kubernetes Docker Jenkins Maven or Gradle JUnit/TestNG Cucumber (BDD) Postman Rest Assured Performance testing (JMeter, k6, Gatling) Linux/Unix Splunk Dynatrace Playwright or Cypress Contract testing (Pact) WireMock Service virtualization Terraform What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will own automation quality across enterprise financial applications, build reliable and scalable test frameworks, reduce manual testing effort, improve release confidence, and partner closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software into production.
