Résumé du poste
At Kelowna General Hospital (KGH), we’re looking to add a diagnostic radiologist with fellowship training to our team of 16 diagnostic and interventional radiologists. At the hospital, we have three CT scanners, one MRI, and a department expansion underway to add two new MRI units, a brand-new interventional fluoroscopy suite, digital mammography, and a PET scanner located at the adjacent BCCA. We are currently the only IH site performing MRI-guided breast biopsies. At our three clinics, we perform X-ray, ultrasound, bone mineral density, and diagnostic mammography. The procedural requirements for diagnostic radiologists are predominantly biopsies and drainages. All vascular intervention, nephrostomy tubes, and complex biliary work are handled by the IR team. We welcome new graduates as well as experienced radiologists to join our team. Locum opportunities are available and encouraged throughout the recruitment process. If you are passionate about your work and looking to practice in a welcoming community where the lifestyle opportunities are endless, join us at KGH and discover the rewards of career satisfaction.
