About the Role As a member of our Finance team, the Accounting Clerk supports the day-to-day accounting activities that keep our financial operations running accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to develop and grow their accounting experience within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately and on time Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation, resolving discrepancies as needed Support accounts payable and receivable, including payment processing and account follow-up Maintain accurate financial records and enter information into the company's ERP system and spreadsheets Respond to vendor and internal inquiries and work with other departments to resolve discrepancies Support month-end activities, audits, and preparation of routine schedules and documentation Provide general administrative support and assist with other Finance projects and responsibilities as assigned What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or a related role Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP/AR processes Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting or ERP software; QuickBooks is an asset Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information Why Join IWG Be part of a highly respected Canadian aerospace manufacturer with a global impact Collaborate with a dedicated and innovative team committed to quality and excellence Opportunities for career growth and personal development in a rapidly evolving industry Enjoy an exceptional compensation package include: Competitive base salary Comprehensive employer-paid benefits Paid time off and compressed work week option for work-life balance RRSP Matching to secure your financial future Tuition Reimbursement Program to support your career development Performance Bonus to reward your contributions And more!
