By combining our extensive range of inspection and industrial solutions, we have the ability to create unique packages and turnkey solutions, adding value in keeping industrial assets safe and efficient Position Summary As a Polyurethane Technician, you will join the production team in creating parts that will be used for R&D testing, customer sales, as well as commercial projects. As we continue to serve our clients, these parts must be completed with high precision, zero to low failure rates, and within scheduling requirements. Maintaining an exceptional level of quality, as well as a strong attentional to detail, are key attributes of this role. In addition, the successful candidate can work independently, and enjoy creating excellence with repeatable tasks. Responsibilities Load mix and mold urethane components. Finishing parts (trimming, filing, labeling) Quality control (self and peer part checking) Light assembly and testing Maintaining cleanliness of workspace Mold and equipment maintenance Basic reporting including output and failure rates Other duties as required with a high level of quality, accuracy, and integrity of work Be ready and willing to take-on challenges to aid process, documentation, and improvements Be safety minded – nothing comes before safety What We’re Looking For: Able to learn procedures and follow manufacturing documentation Strong hands-on skills with rigorous attention to detail Ability to stay on task independently with minimal supervision Communicate efficiently both orally and written using English language Computer skills to update documentation and provide communication Understands and adheres to all Health & Safety (including Personal Protective Equipment) Able to complete high volume, repeatable tasks with regularity and with quality output What you should bring to the team: Education and Experience Experience working with chemicals (e.g. polyurethane, release agents, solvents, etc.) in a shop environment Familiarity with manufacturing/production work and processes Previous experience operating Polyurethane mixing equipment Knowledge of electrical and machine control systems We are proud to offer our Employees: A technical, professional, and challenging work environment. The technician is responsible for loading, mixing, and molding polyurethane components and finishing parts through trimming and filing. Additionally, they perform quality control, equipment maintenance, and basic reporting on output and failure rates.

Candidates must have experience working with chemicals in a shop environment and familiarity with polyurethane mixing equipment. Strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow manufacturing documentation are essential.
