Through your attention to detail, organizational skills, and service-oriented approach, you will help deliver a positive employee experience at every stage of the employee journey. You will participate in a variety of projects and activities related to talent acquisition, onboarding, internal communications, HR reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement. Your Impact Help create a positive and engaging employee experience Effectively support the HR department’s day-to-day operations Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and practices Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of our HR data and programs Collaborate on the development of a strong and inclusive corporate culture Your Key Responsibilities Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new employees to ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support recruitment activities Participate in various HR projects, including engagement surveys, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities for optimization and contribute to the improvement of HR processes and practices Ensure that HR dashboards are kept up to date and track key performance indicators Draft, review, and translate policies, procedures, and internal communications Monitor regulatory developments to ensure compliance with legal requirements Plan and coordinate internal communications, including announcements, HR initiatives, and organizational updates Provide support to the payroll function and fill in for payroll as needed Handle the administrative follow-up for work-related injury and disability cases Provide general administrative support to the human resources team Qualifications What You Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent training At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role Excellent proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with HR systems or a willingness to develop this expertise Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment Sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment Team player, self-motivated, and focused on providing service to internal clients Informations supplémentaires At Intersand, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and encouraged to do their best.
