About the Job Title: Program Manager - Data Migration Location: Remote across Canada Position Type: Contract Start Date: Immediate Role: Technical Program Manager The Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery of the client migration, coordinating across multiple workstreams — business onboarding, data migration, reporting, client engagement, and platform integration — to land the Wave 1 scope on time and set the foundation for the broader Phase 2 migration as a result of achieved objectives in Q3. YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES Program Leadership & Stakeholder management Act as the primary delivery interface between client internal teams and prospective client stakeholders. Be responsible for understanding, coordinating and communicating to complex stakeholder groups, balancing priorities to ensure successful delivery for the client. Drive project deliverables and stakeholders, finding solutions to blockages and escalating where required Program planning & governance — Build and maintain the integrated delivery plan across all workstreams, track milestones, dependencies, and risks through to go-live. Workstream coordination — Orchestrate cross-functional teams across business, operations, product and technology, ensuring coordinated migration, technology and business readiness Scope management — Ensure requirements are clear, validated and fit for purpose, with enforced boundary between the committed September fund-level scope and Phase 2 items (deal-level/look through/PCO). Manage the requirements register and scope decision log. Risk & dependency management — Proactively identify and mitigate risks, particularly around data access (NAV packs, shared folders), Asset Value/eFront alignment, PDT capacity, and feed integration readiness. UAT & cutover — Own the parallel run plan, UAT coordination, reconciliation sign-off, and go-live/cutover activities through end of September. Reporting & transparency — Provide regular status updates, maintain the project tracker and EPIC breakdown in Confluence, and ensure service transparency through Program governance events and reporting outputs. Tooling & process — Drive delivery tracking through Jira, maintain Confluence documentation, and ensure consistent use of project management tooling across workstreams. Work with business to establish clear succuss criteria to drive agreed business outcome Required Experience & Skills 7+ years in program/project management within financial services, fund administration, or asset management technology Proven experience delivering data migration programs — ideally involving fund accounting, investor reporting, or portfolio data Experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional programs with tight deadlines and high commercial stakes Familiarity with data pipeline architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold or similar medallion patterns) and data transformation/validation workflows Comfortable working with technical teams on integration topics (flat file feeds, APIs, data mapping specifications) Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to operate at both client-facing and internal technical levels Proficient in Jira (backlog management, sprint planning, EPIC tracking) and Confluence (requirements, testing, plans, documentation, decision logs, meeting notes) Desirable Understanding of Fund of Fund structures (master-feeder, SPVs, feeders) and fund-level reporting concepts (NAV, capital activity, performance metrics) Experience with eFront, or similar alternative investment platforms Familiarity with AI/ML extraction pipelines for document digitization (GP reports, capital account statements) Knowledge of entity master data management in a fund services context Experience with NextGate or similar data onboarding platforms Understanding of ITSM/service management frameworks for operational handover
