They are committed to delivering high-quality technology that helps organizations become more secure, productive, and efficient. They are currently seeking motivated and dependable Sr. Electronic Assemblers to join their Operations team. Responsibilities: Assemble advanced electronic, optical, and electromechanical products and precision subassemblies according to established manufacturing standards. Complete detailed assembly work using precision hand tools, torque tools, microscopes, and ESD-protected workstations. Interpret technical documentation, including assembly drawings, work instructions, electrical schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs). Install and integrate components such as cables, connectors, cameras, fingerprint sensors, displays, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and mechanical hardware. Perform soldering, component rework, and minor repairs when necessary. Execute functional testing procedures and assist in identifying and resolving manufacturing issues. Inspect products for quality, document defects, and communicate opportunities for process improvements. Accurately maintain production records using ERP software and required manufacturing documentation. Support engineering validation builds, engineering change order (ECO) implementation, and new product introduction (NPI) activities. Follow all quality standards, ESD protocols, and workplace health and safety requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and productivity. Assist with cycle counts and annual inventory activities as required. Perform other production-related responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: College diploma in Electronics Engineering Technician or a related technical program is preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience assembling complex electronic or electromechanical products. Hands-on experience working with printed circuit boards (PCBs), optical assemblies, cameras, connectors, and other precision electronic components. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation. Experience performing soldering, electronic rework, and component repairs. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on product quality. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precision assembly work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S practices is considered an asset. Exigences
