We are working with a prominent Law firm who is looking for an experienced WILLS & ESTATES LAWYER to add to their team in Newmarket, Ontario. Offering an attractive compensation package commensurate with experience. 2+ years of Wills & Estates Law experience, primarily Planning & Administration No book of business required Needs to be able to carry their own files Mostly in-office Expected salary range: $100,000 to $140,000 per year Potential for commission / Fee-Split compensation structure This is a new position with the firm

The lawyer will manage their own files focusing on Wills and Estates. Primary duties include handling estate planning and administration for a prominent law firm.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Wills & Estates Law. No existing book of business is required, but the ability to carry independent files is essential.
