Direct and control daily operations of the meat department, including staff management and duty assignment. Responsible for procurement, budgeting, marketing strategies, and resolving customer complaints to ensure operational efficiency.

Requires a high school graduation certificate and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to handle heavy loads in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
