Senior Frontend Developer

Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Sr React Developer for a long-term opportunity at Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Our Client is a Canadian multinational financial services company and the largest bank in Canada by market capitalization. Position: Sr React Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days onsite/week) Duration: Contract to hire role Required Skills: Designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable front-end solutions using React or Angular Building reusable, maintainable component libraries aligned with design system standards and best practices Working collaboratively within an Agile team, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle Contributing to back-end integrations with Java and Spring Boot services where needed Conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving front-end best practices across the team Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues Familiarity with RxJS, Signals, and reactive programming patterns Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices About Iris Software Inc. Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end solutions and reusable component libraries within an Agile team. Collaborate on back-end integrations with Java and Spring Boot while mentoring other developers through code reviews.

Requires expertise in React or Angular and familiarity with reactive programming patterns like RxJS and Signals. Candidates must have knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience with the full software development lifecycle.
