Senior Frontend Developer

Iris's direct client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Sr React Developer for a long-term opportunity at Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Our client is a Canadian multinational financial services company and the largest bank in Canada by market capitalization. Position: Sr React Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days onsite/week) Duration: Contract to hire role Required Skills: Designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable front-end solutions using React, Typescript, RXJS and NGRX Building reusable, maintainable component libraries aligned with design system standards and best practices Working collaboratively within an Agile team, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle Contributing to back-end integrations with Java and Spring Boot services where needed Conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving front-end best practices across the team Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues Familiarity with RxJS, Signals, and reactive programming patterns Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices About Iris Software Inc. Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end solutions and reusable component libraries. Collaborate within an Agile team to integrate with back-end services and mentor other developers.

Requires proficiency in React, TypeScript, and reactive programming patterns like RxJS and NGRX. Candidates should be familiar with accessibility standards (WCAG) and have experience with Java/Spring Boot integrations.
