Job Title: Test Manager Location: Toronto, ON(Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Job Description: Lead QA/QE planning, execution, and reporting across Market Risk and Global Trade Desk technology platforms, handling complex upstream input dependencies across a diverse portfolio of business applications. Develop and implement integrated QA strategies (manual/automated), ensuring sustainable, efficient QA processes and proper adherence to SDLC standards. Champion best practices in test design, automation, regression, performance, and systems integration testing. Build and mentor a cross-functional team of QA analysts and QE engineers, managing career growth, workloads, and performance with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement. Interface with business stakeholders, development leads, and project managers to ensure technology meets business objectives, risk models function as intended, and changes are assessed and validated. Demonstrated experience managing large testing teams in Canadian FS institutions Excellent communication skills, can handle Dir and above stakeholders. About Iris Software Inc. Lead QA/QE planning and execution for Market Risk and Global Trade Desk technology platforms. Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts and engineers while interfacing with business stakeholders to ensure technology meets objectives.

Requires demonstrated experience managing large testing teams within Canadian financial services institutions. Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at the Director level and above.
