How do we take care of you? * Full-time position * Competitive wages based on your experience * Benefit program including health, dental, LTD, RSSP with employer contribution * Free eyeglasses annually Key Responsibilities * Provide professional dispensing of eyewear, lenses, and contact lenses< * Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings * Ensure compliance with BC opticianry standards and regulations * Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and workflow * Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service * Drive sales performance and meet store targets * Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising * Handle patient concerns with professionalism and care Qualifications * Licensed Optician in good standing in British Columbia (required) * Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred) * Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical products * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail * Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently What do you need? * Ability to lead a team to deliver excellent patient service * Great organizational and time management skills * Motivational skills that will energise your team and drive success * Financial understanding of sales, targets and budgets * PC skills to use iOS and microsoft platforms * Be an enthusiastic learner and teacher Evening Schedule : Thursday Weekend Schedule : No You like what you see? The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising. They must also lead and motivate the team to meet sales targets while ensuring high-quality patient service and compliance with opticianry regulations.

Candidates must be a licensed optician in good standing in British Columbia. Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
