Job Description J.D. Irving Limited's Woodlands Division, located in Saint-Leonard, is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to fill a Scale Attendant (Casual On-Call) position. Why Join Us? Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 No experience required Opportunity to transition into a full-time position Safe work environment Work close to home Training provided Responsibilities In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the site by: Managing data entry and spreadsheets Contributing to the site's safety management system Monitoring and supporting site security activities Serving as a liaison between internal security teams and site operations Performing various administrative tasks to support daily operations Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has a high school diploma or trade certificate Has approximately 2 years of experience in an administrative environment Possesses strong communication and leadership skills Can work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment with minimal supervision Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic Has excellent computer skills Is willing and able to work shifts in a 24/7 operation Interested?
