The role directly supports production operations and the processing of simple cases, according to established work methods and remains available to assist production as needed, including some non-electronic tasks during busier periods.Electronic and mechanical product assemblyAssemble electronic and mechanical components according to the instructions, schematics and procedures provided.Properly use hand tools and precision instruments required for assembly.Ensure the visual and mechanical conformity of the assemblies made.Identify and report any anomalies or non-conformities observed during assembly.Maintain an orderly, safe work environment that complies with internal standards.Functional Testing and VerificationPerform basic functional tests according to established procedures and criteria.Use appropriate test equipment and tools (e.g., multimeters, test benches).Record test results in accordance with traceability requirements.Product repair and refurbishmentDiagnose simple problems using existing procedures and tools.Perform basic repairs and replacement of defective components.Test repaired products to confirm compliance and functioning.Document the interventions carried out according to current practices.Escalate situations beyond his/her level of intervention when required.Contribution to production fluidity and continuous improvementApply the procedures, work methods and safety instructions in force.Execute work according to production priorities and schedules.Report any discrepancies, recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.Contribute to the smooth running of production operations.Lend a hand to production, including non-electronic tasks, during periods of increased need.QualificationsHigh school diploma completed with relevant vocational training, or a College Diploma (DEC) in electronics, electrotechnology, or a related field0 to 2 years of experience in a production, assembly, or electronic repair environmentProficiency in French, both written and spokenExperience following well-defined work procedures and performing repetitive, structured tasksStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent teamwork and collaboration skillsAutonomy and resourcefulness are key qualities sought Department: Operations / Opérations Sub department: Operations, Supply Chain & Installation / Opérations, Chaîne d'approvisionnement et Installation
