Azure Develops IaC Engineer

Job title: Azure Devops IaC Engineer Duration: 12-month contract We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to design, implement, automate, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, implementing cloud governance, and collaborating with development, security, and operations teams to deliver modern cloud solutions. Principal tasks and responsibilities include: Cloud Infrastructure Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Develop reusable and modular Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Architect highly available, resilient, and scalable Azure environments. Implement Azure Landing Zones aligned with Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Build reusableTerraform modules. Maintain Infrastructure as Code repositories using Git. Implement version control, change management, and peer review processes. Automate environment provisioning across Development, QA,UAT, and Production. DevOps & Automation Design, build, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Automate application deployments and infrastructure provisioning. Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates into deployment pipelines. Implement GitOps and Infrastructure as Code best practices. Our client: A medium sized corporation located in Vaughan, ON Qualifications and pre-requisites: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Azure cloud engineering experience. 5+ years working with Azure DevOps. 3+ years implementing Infrastructure as Code. Experience supporting enterprise cloud environments.

Design, implement, and automate secure and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments and infrastructure provisioning.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in Azure cloud engineering and Azure DevOps. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code.
