Why Join Us? * Free lunch with most shifts * Yearly bonus * Health benefits for full-time employees * Learning & growth opportunities * On-site parking * Flexible scheduling What You'll Do * Prepare and bake a variety of breads, buns, rolls, and other bakery products. * Mix, knead, shape, proof, and bake dough according to recipes and production schedules. * Safely operate bakery equipment and convection ovens. * Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area. * Provide friendly and welcoming customer service. * Follow all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures. What We are Looking For * 1+ years of bakery experience preferred * Experience with bread production, including mixing, proofing, baking, and packaging. * Baker certification or Journeyperson designation is an asset. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Reliable, organized, and passionate about quality food. Schedule Full-time | Open availability Typical shifts: 4:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays are required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently bend, twist, push, and pull.
