Maintenance Technician

We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Maintenance Technician with an established Furniture manufacturer in the Etobicoke area on the Afternoon shift! Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Breakdown and Preventative maintenance of automated CNC wood cutting machinery (CNC Saws, CNC Edge Benders), conveyors, brake presses, laser cutters, panel benders, and related automated equipment. Weld Robot Maintenance Basic electrical maintenance Mandatory Requirements: 3+ years of preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferably within the furniture manufacturing industry or related. Robot Maintenance Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Diploma Available to work the Afternoon shift. Perform breakdown and preventative maintenance on automated CNC wood cutting machinery, conveyors, and laser cutters. Maintain weld robots and handle basic electrical maintenance tasks.

Requires over 3 years of preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture manufacturing. A diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with availability for the afternoon shift.
