Project Manager / Leader – Intermediate Project Duration: 8 Months Location: Toronto, ON Work Mode: Hybrid Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Leader – Intermediate to lead the implementation of strategic healthcare initiatives, including digital transformation and Central Waitlist Management (CWM). The successful candidate will manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of enterprise-level projects aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting in accordance with EPMO standards. Manage digital implementation projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Prepare project documentation, including project charters, business cases, project plans, status reports, and executive briefing materials. Facilitate governance meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements while providing secretariat support. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets, ensuring timely resolution and delivery. Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes. Support change management, process improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of Project Management experience in complex healthcare or enterprise environments. Proven experience leading digital implementation and transformation projects. Experience managing multiple workstreams, project governance, and stakeholder communications. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and EPMO standards. Experience preparing project documentation, reports, presentations, and executive updates. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in healthcare, hospital, or health system projects is highly preferred. PMP Certification is an asset.

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic healthcare initiatives. They will manage stakeholder engagement and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-level projects.

Candidates should have 5-7 years of project management experience in complex healthcare environments and proven experience in leading digital implementation projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and excellent communication skills are essential.
