As a Cashier/ Customer Service Associate, you are responsible for interacting with customers and managing all transactions efficiently and accurately while working with our computerized system. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate registers, scanners, and credit card/debit card terminals * Do refunds, help with customer issues * Collect payments and bag purchases for customers * Keep the customer service area clean and orderly * You’ll need to learn about our products and policies. QUALIFICATIONS * Strong mathematical skills and basic computer system knowledge * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Customer satisfaction-oriented * Strong communication and time management skills * Problem-solving and decision making Founded in 1882, J.D.
