Health & Safety Training Specialist

Cavendish Farms is seeking a Training Specialist to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across our operations. This role will partner with site teams to ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to perform their work safely, effectively, and consistently. The successful candidate will leverage data, adult learning principles, and continuous improvement practices to enhance training effectiveness, support compliance requirements, and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. Work Location: Position can be based in Lethbridge, AB; Jamestown, ND; Wheatley, ON; or New Annan, PE. The Training Specialist will support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across various operations. This role partners with site teams to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and resources to perform their work safely and effectively.

Candidates must have post-secondary education in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in training and workforce development. Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design, and data analysis is required, along with the ability to travel.
