Reporting to the Sr HR Director for various locations in New Brunswick, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing HR support to the Sawmills and Woodlands team. The Human Resources Generalist provides HR support to the Sawmills and Woodlands teams across various locations in New Brunswick. The role focuses on improving employee engagement and managing various HR functions within operational environments.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of HR service delivery. Knowledge of New Brunswick and Canadian employment standards is required, and HR certification is considered an asset.
