As a Team Lead, Procurement, you will manage a team of Associate and Intermediate-level supply chain professionals responsible for lifecycle procurement activities for systems, equipment, and materials. You’ll oversee packages of low to medium complexity and may personally lead high-impact, complex procurements requiring strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration. This role is pivotal in ensuring safety, schedule adherence, cost optimization, and maximizing Industrial and Technological Benefits (ITB) throughout the Design & Manufacturing (D&M) phase. Requires post-secondary education in business or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of supply chain experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments. Candidates must also meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program, security clearance, and ITAR.
