Seasonal Farm Laborer, Port Elgin

Cavendish Farms is looking for a SEASONAL Potato Harvest Laborers to join the Farm Team for a period of around 3-4 weeks, 10-12 hours per day. Expected start date is Mid September. The exact start date and period of work will be dependent on weather and business needs. Work location: 432 Hardy Rd, Timber River, NB, E4M 2L2 Bonus: a bonus of up to $2.5 per hour is available upon completion of the season. It is based on performance, attendance, and safety. The seasonal laborer will assist with potato harvesting operations, including working in close proximity to moving farm equipment. The role requires maintaining high standards of safety and quality while working extended hours in various weather conditions.

Candidates must be physically fit, capable of lifting 50lbs regularly, and able to stand for extended periods. Previous farm experience is considered an asset, and applicants must be available for long shifts including weekends.
