We are seeking experienced Automation Leads with strong expertise in P&C Insurance, Tosca Automation, and Guidewire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading automation testing initiatives, driving quality assurance best practices, and working within Agile delivery environments. Key Responsibilities Lead automation testing efforts for P&C Insurance applications. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Guidewire environment. Support Agile development teams by participating in sprint planning, test planning, execution, and defect management. Drive automation strategy, test coverage, and continuous quality improvements. Ensure testing deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. Mentor and guide team members on automation best practices. Required Skills Automation Testing expertise, preferably Tosca Guidewire (GW) experience Agile methodology experience Required Experience 10+ years of overall experience. Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. Hands-on experience with Tosca Automation. Experience working on Guidewire implementations or support projects. Experience leading automation testing initiatives in Agile environments. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience leading testing efforts across complex enterprise applications.

Lead automation testing efforts for P&C Insurance applications using Tosca within a Guidewire environment. Drive automation strategy and quality assurance best practices while mentoring team members in an Agile delivery setting.

Requires over 10 years of experience with strong expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and hands-on Tosca automation. Candidates must have experience with Guidewire implementations and leading testing initiatives in Agile environments.
