Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project finance, financial portfolio management, or PMO coordination. Strong experience in budgeting, financial tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel and financial reporting/dashboarding skills. Experience with executive reporting and IRB/PMO governance. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
