10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, preferably in Telecommunications or Connected Home. Proven ability to drive results without direct authority and manage cross-functional teams. Strong skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and executive communication. Experience presenting project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Strong planning, execution, monitoring, and follow-up skills across multiple programs. Demonstrated end-to-end ownership, accountability, and problem-solving in complex projects. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
