We're looking for a Display/Exhibit Prep Lead who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about quality, teamwork, and execution. What You'll Do As the Display/Exhibit Prep Lead you'll play a key role in preparing exhibits and experiential assets for live events. You'll lead installation and prep activities in our warehouse, ensuring every exhibit is built, packed, and ready for flawless execution in the field. You'll oversee project staging, direct team members and contractors, maintain quality standards, and help solve production challenges while supporting a safe and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities Follow Jack Morton global production processes with accuracy and consistency. Review staged projects to ensure all work meets quality standards before shipment. Interpret blueprints and production documentation to verify all exhibit components are accounted for and accurately reflected on pick lists. Lead and direct warehouse employees and contractors assigned to prep projects. Assemble, install, stage, and dismantle exhibit structures and related components. Pack exhibit materials, crates, and skids according to company standards while ensuring accurate documentation. Identify project issues and collaborate with the Prep Supervisor to develop timely solutions. Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material-handling equipment. Utilize hand and power tools appropriate to fabrication and exhibit assembly. Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable health and safety regulations. Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of experience in exhibit production, fabrication, warehouse operations, event production, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience reading production drawings, blueprints, or assembly documentation. Ability to safely operate forklifts and aerial lifts (or willingness to become certified). Experience using common fabrication and assembly tools. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional work. Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Sound judgment and practical problem-solving abilities. Strong business awareness and commitment to operational excellence. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move exhibit materials and equipment. Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work on ladders or aerial lifts for extended periods.
