Senior D365 Business Central Consultant Our client is continuing to scale their Business Central practice in response to sustained project growth across a diverse portfolio of industries. To support this expansion, they are seeking a Senior Business Central Consultant who can take a leading role in project delivery, client engagement, and the ongoing evolution of their consulting capability. This position is well-suited to an experienced consultant who thrives in client-facing environments, brings a strategic mindset to solving complex operational challenges, and is comfortable taking ownership of key workstreams. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions while also contributing to the development of best practices, mentoring colleagues, and shaping the future direction of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Leading the delivery of end-to-end Business Central implementations, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and scalable solutions Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business objectives and challenges into strategic, value-led system solutions Owning key project deliverables, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations Supporting and mentoring junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and capability development within the team Contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, documentation standards, and internal processes Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful project outcomes and a high standard of customer satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Central Consultant, with a strong track record of delivering complex implementations Deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (experience with NAV is advantageous) Strong understanding of operational processes, with the ability to design and implement effective system solutions Exposure to financial processes is beneficial but not essential Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment If you’d like to explore this opportunity further, please apply or reach out directly: dan.bard@jacksonjames.com / 332-244-3427
