Coast B2B Support Intern Location: Baie-d'Urfé, QC (Hybrid) Department: Coast Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to assist with product data entry and product setup for our B2B websites and systems. This role will support the team by gathering product information, images, and pricing from brand websites and shared folders to help ensure new products are added accurately and on time. This description is adapted from similar internal product setup and content management roles. Responsibilities • Enter product information into company databases and B2B platforms. • Assist with setting up new SKUs and product listings. • Source product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing from manufacturer websites and shared company folders. • Upload product photos and other media assets. • Verify product information for accuracy and completeness. • Organize and maintain product files and digital assets. • Assist with updates to existing product listings. • Support the team with general administrative and data entry tasks. Qualifications • Currently enrolled in a college or university program. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. • Interest in eCommerce, digital content, or product management is an asset. The intern will be responsible for entering product data, SKUs, and pricing into B2B platforms and company databases. They will also source and upload product images and specifications from manufacturer websites to maintain accurate online catalogs.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university program with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. An interest in eCommerce or product management is considered an asset.
